Deschlers truly is Auckland's original cocktail bar. Its daily three-hour Happy Hour is infamous and ensures Deschlers is a favourite with students, backpackers and professionals alike. They also have best booth-seats in town and awesome staff.

Sophisticated bar for discerning drinkers who are here for conversations as well as Cosmopolitans. Music is jazzy house but not too loud, so city types can talk shop while have-it-all girls in Gaultier and Galliano compare cards.

Deschlers Bar found fame as a modern jazz venue, and live bands feature several nights a week. Deschlers is long and narrow, with plenty of bar seating and a row of old-style booths. The clientele ranges from students to mature businesspeople relaxing after a hard day at the office. Deschlers has a great range of beers and cocktails--all expertly made by experienced staff.
